The lawyers of FX legal have the legal professional title “Rechtsanwältin” or “Rechtsanwalt”. They were awarded this professional title in the Federal Republic of Germany. The lawyers of FX legal are members of the Munich Bar Association (Rechtsanwaltskammer München), which is also the competent supervisory authority (see above). They are subject to the professional regulations for lawyers, in particular the Federal Lawyers’ Act (BRAO), the Lawyers’ Fees Act (RVG), the Professional Code of Conduct for Lawyers (BORA) and the Specialist Lawyers’ Code (FAO).
